Forge-welded gratings made of steel ST37/S235JR

FORGE-WELDED GRATINGS BY PROMETALL

Forge-welded gratings are produced by pressing twisted square rods (or round rods) that take on the function of the cross bar, into the supporting bar with high pressure AND simultaneously welding them electrically by means of the resistance welding procedure. The result: outstanding, static characteristics and high resilience.

PRODUCTION PROGRAMME

  • Supporting bar dimensions from 20×2 – 70×5 mm

Delivery deadlines:

  • Cutting of mats – approx. 1 week
  • larger quantities from machine production – approx. 4 weeks

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Border framing: Generally made of flat steel.
  • Slip-resistance / supporting bars: Serrated supporting bars are used to ensure high slip-resistance. Supporting bars of 20/2 to 70/4 possible (above upon request).#
  • Mesh width / technical possibilities: The “standard” mesh for forge-press gratings “MW 34×38 mm” (measured centre – centre bars) is generally referred to as “MW 30x30mm” (= light width) – see delivery programme.
  • Further production options (mesh width):
  • MW 15 x 76
  • MW 22 x 76
  • MW 25 x 25
  • MW 30 x 50
  • MW 34 x 19
  • MW 43 x 22
  • MW 50 x 25
  • MW 63 x 22 – or a multiple of the cross bar partition!
  • other, technical mesh widths can be produced
